Mike’s expertise lies in guiding health systems through the organizational transformation required to deliver purpose-focused digital value to their members, providers, business leaders, and communities. His aspiration is to elevate the human condition at scale.

Over the course of his career he has worked as a clinician, designed software, optimized clinical and business workflows, assessed physical hardware needs, and led multi-region technology implementations. He has negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts, sold digital services to outside health systems, and worked extensively with top-tier digital transformation consulting firms. Most recently he led successful digital transformations for two of the largest and most complex health systems in the United States. These multi-year experiences included building and leading high-performing global teams while fostering senior executive alignment as they developed new digital strategies and implemented new ways of working across the organization.
